The Reds don't want to go into the international break on the back of a poor run says Babel and they must put things right at Anfield tomorrow.
"We have another international break after Sunday so it is a big match for us," said the Dutch winger.
"We have to win. We have two weeks without a match after Tottenham. That's why it is so important.
"We are hoping to have a good game and hope the crowd has confidence in us again. But it is important to get a result.
"Our form in the league has been better than Europe, but even in the league we have still dropped silly points.
"We drew at Portsmouth, although Portsmouth are a very good team, and we drew with Birmingham. We have to start winning those type of games.
"We can get better. Hopefully, that will happen on Sunday.
"Arsenal have made a great start but we will see if they can keep it going because they have a lot of young players and normally with young players it can fade out.
"But it's important we keep the pressure on them."
