Agger has been linked with both Barcelona and Manchester City in recent weeks, with transfer speculation fuelled by his absense from last night's Europa League game at FC Gomel.
But his agent Per Steffensen has dismissed suggestions that he has handed in transfer request and says he is happy at Anfield.
"Liverpool will have to answer to whether they have received any offers," he told Politiken. "But the reports of Agger handing in a transfer request are purely nonsense. He is very happy at Liverpool."
