"Our concentration and mentality right the way through the game was exceptional," he said after the game.
"We knew it was a close game, obviously with two teams close together, and I thought our defensive organisation was very good. The idea to play on the counter-attack worked fantastically well for us.
"We gambled on the two strikers we have, because sometimes it can cause us a problem without the ball and players have to fill in and accomodate for that
.
"But its the reason we take the risk, to get them on the field together because they can both get goals. We got four goals tonight and maybe could have had six or seven. A brilliant demonstration under pressure of how to win a big game.
"It's a massive victory against one of the rivals that's close to us. We have to recover now, we've got a big game at the weekendbut ther'es no doubt it's a massive win for us.
