"It was a great header from Andy (Carroll)," said the Dutchman after the game. "I just ran, the ball comes in front of me and the only thing to do is just to score.
"I think we've proved that we can compete with the best. Maybe they were the better team, they were desperate to win, but at the end of the day it's about scoring the goals. Whoever sores the most wins the game and it's up to us."
