Nathaniel Clyne has withdrawn from the England squad after suffering knee pain, while Dejan Lovren pulled out of Croatia's squad with a groin problem, but both are expected to be fit and available for selection
However, Adam Lallana is still suffering from groin strain after limping off the field at Swansea last weekend and no decision is expected on his fitness until much nearer the time.
