The club have agreed a £1m fee for Sporting Lisbon's attacking midfielder Joao Carlos.
The 19-year-old is one of the most talented young players from the academy that has developed Cristiano Ronaldo and Luis Figo in the past.
As with all young stars, Carlos has been given a comparison - he is being likened to a 'young Deco'.
