The 24-year-old, now with Sporting Lisbon, is apparently attracting interest from several clubs, but Barcelona do apparently have a buy-back clause if they offer £9.6million.
"Yes. Liverpool and other Premier League clubs are monitoring the kid," said Jorge Llagostera.
"But, formally, we still not have received an offer to negotiate with Sporting."
