There have been unsubstantiated reports in the media that the Italian club are preparing an £8million bid for the Liverpool midfielder, but he insists he knows nothing about it.
"I can say that at the moment I have received no offers," he said. "Liverpool have never contacted me regarding this possibility.
"So I can't say there is a chance of me going to Inter because I am under contract at Liverpool. Serie A definitely is a great league though."
