"It'll be a quiet window for us," he admitted. "I think it's the group of players that we have and the market dictates it aswell.
"I'm happy with how the team and the squad is developing and between now and the end of the season we'll look to continue that improvement and we want to keep all the players here.
"Last year we never did any business either. Unless there's someone there you believe can really add to your squad of players then for my perspective I'd rather look to some young players from the Academy and see if we can bring them through.
"Jordan Ibe has been excellent away at Derby, so rather than look at bringing in a more senior player we look at some of the young players we have been developing here very well. He's come in and he's been fantastic since he's been back at the club.
"You're always looking for that star quality and if its not available you work with what you've got."
