According to the Birmingham Mail 'Liverpool believe they can land Andreas Weimann on the cheap in the summer with the striker yet to agree another contract offer at Aston Villa.'
The 21-year-old striker has 18 months left on his contract, but renewal talks are stalling and Liverpool are rumoured to be being unofficially kept updated over negotiations.
