The Juventus winger's agent is looking for a new club for the 25-year-old Dutchman after he decided he wanted to move on.
"I'll leave Juventus," he said. "I've already agreed with Juventus that I will be joining another club.
"I just have the desire to start enjoying football again and my agent is evaluating all offers."
