21-year-old Welsh international Joe Allen is apparently being scouted by the Reds, although Swansea City boss Brendan Rodgers is determined to hold onto him.
Scott Sinclair however, is a more likely signing for Kenny Dalglish. A £5m bid has apparently already been submitted for the 22-year-old winger who has scored six times so far this season.
