The 21-year-old Spanish midfielder, currently out of action with a thigh injury, has agreed a four-year-deal with the Italian giants according to reports in Italain and Spanish press.
His Liverpool contract ends this season and it is believed he will leave for the Serie A club on a free transfer in the summer.
