The Spaniard has struggled to secure first team football at Anfield under Brendan Rodgers and is rumoured to have already secured an agreement to join the Serie A club at the end of the season, or even possibly for a small fee in January.
“I will only renew with Liverpool if I’m guaranteed I’ll play regularly,” Suso recently said. “The option is clear if I don’t renew: let me leave.”
