Well done to Michael Owen for scoring to save us from losing again even though we scored in the early stages of the game we still lost. I wonder what we would do without Michael Owen scoring goals for us. We would probably of lost all of our games if it wasn't for him.
I was quite surprised to see that Liverpool put Heggem on the bench for the game, hopefully I think he will be I a starting line-up soon or he will get the last 10 minutes of a couple of games. I also think he is quite a good player if he is given the chance to play.
Liverpool are slowing going down and Manchester United are quickly going up so I think that we better get winning the games and hope for a few slip ups from the teams at the top of the Premiership. So that if we can start winning we will do so and hopefully end up in the top three of the table.
The injured swap around as Gerrard has found himself with a worrying injury and Smicer came back to play after a back injury, but in the second half he limped off with a bit of a leg strain. Liverpool were firing in the shots but just couldn't score until there was a really fierce cross which the keeper kept away again but not for long as Owen then just blasted the loose ball into the back of the goal.
I think that the only reason that we are losing is that our players are playing but there not playing well enough, and by doing that they let
Southampton were playing as hard as they could so they could take away all three points but it just didn't happen like a week ago when they won 2-0 but they still walked away with 1 point which is better than nothing. I think that if
