I hope that Steven Gerrard will recover soon because he is a very skilled player in my opinion, and I wouldn't want to see him out of the game for a long time. Another thing is that Anelka came a step closer to being signed. Whilst Anelka was playing against Everton he provided us with the goal we needed to save embarrassment. He scored the equailizing goal in the last 10 minutes of the game. Anelka and Owen have a very good bond for us up front with a little bit of help from a few of the midfielders. Phil Thompson is doing a good job managing Liverpool at the moment and I hope that Gerard Houllier can fully recover and take on as much as he can.
I think that our upfront position is fully taken, we have now got four strikers at the moment and hopefully we can keep four if we get Anelka to sign a contract. Hopefully if we do sign Anelka for a good contract there won't be any arguments because we need their skill. Hi Simon I think you are right in one sense but wrong in the other. I would probably say you were right that it causes arguments like I have mentioned but I think it would do Liverpool a load of good if they signed him because we could have a 4-3-3 formation which means only one of them on the bench.

Hi James you are perfectly right in my opinion because we should have done alot better after the flying start but in football anyone can beat anyone. The game is not about who is higher in the league its how well you play and how many goals you put in the back of the net.
How are you doing. I am a Manchester United fan and I think that we are doing quite well, I know you don't think very much of us Man U fans but how do you think we are doing. I think that Manchester United aren't doing to well this season because if you can remember last season they were flying high and nobody could catch up with us but now it is all an open race.

I don't think you are strange cos your a girl and you like football because I know loads of girls that play football. I wouldn't say that Liverpool have had a good season this year because we are third now instead of first. I would really like to say that could win the Premiership but I don't really think we could win it this season.
