The service will start at 2.45pm. Doors open at 2pm and people are asked to take their seats by 2.20pm.
It will be attended by up to 500 members of the victims' families, representatives of Liverpool Football Club and a choir from St Francis Xavier school.
Chairman of the Hillsborough Families Support Group, Trevor Hicks said: "It is important for us all to come together to remember our loved ones and to recall what we went through at Hillsborough and in the aftermath.
"As usual, everyone is welcome and the service will not deviate from tradition so anyone who has been before knows what to expect."
We ask that everyone, regardless of where you are, observe a one minute's silence at 3.06pm and don't buy the Sun today.
