Steven Gerrard made his 100th Champions League appearance for the Reds in last night's win while Pepe Reina made his 50th Liverpool appearance in the same competition. It was also Xabi Alonso's 200th appearance in all competitions for the club.
Last night's 4-0 demolition was also Real Madrid's biggest hammering since the reformatting of the Champions League back in 1993.
