Agger made his comeback from injury when he lined up for Denmark against Cyprus last night but only lasted 39 minutes before being subsituted after his groin injury flared up again.
Christian Poulsen, who was slated by the Danish press after Friday's game, captained Denmark to their 2-0 win.
