Agger talks about special goal

Agger was embarrassed by the hype over his goal when he first spoke to the press after Saturday's game and claimed he couldn't remember anything about the goal. However, after viewing a replay of his strike, the Danish defender has admitted it was a special goal.

"It was a special goal. I only played about 50 games for Brondby and managed to score six goals during that time which is not bad for a centre-back, but I'm not sure if it will become a regular thing," said Agger.

"The manager has encouraged me to come out of defence, but it's part of my game anyway. I enjoy having the ball at my feet. You just have to have the courage to do it - maybe that is what other centre-halves don't have."
