Aldo: It's just a blip

John Aldridge believes that Liverpool's match with Fulham at the weekend is a must win if the Reds are to maintain their title aspirations.

Liverpool's failure to break down a stubborn Sunderland defence on Sunday gave Arsenal the upper hand in the title race, but although Aldridge described recent form as a 'blip' he believes that the Loftus Road clash is the perfect place to get back to winning ways.

He said "It is just a blip. They will come out of it sooner or later. The game against Sunderland was crazy. Very rarely do you see a side not having a shot on goal.

"The game against Fulham now is a big one because Arsenal are starting to get a stranglehold.

"Liverpool have to get the three points and I think the lads have to start believing in themselves a bit more in front of goal."
