Alonso backs fans to make the difference

Alonso believes the Liverpool supporters can roar the Reds to the Champions League final just like they did in 2005.

"We know how special it is at Anfield on European nights. We are able to score that goal and we look forward Tuesday," said the midfielder.

"We are confident - but we know it will be difficult at the same time."
