Anfield hosts KopTalk.com VIP and Kop Guru!

The KopTalk editor's 8 year old nephew is this afternoon a VIP guest at Anfield as he prepares to battle it out in the finals of The Junior Table Football National Championships at the ground.

Come on Neil son!

After progressing through the preliminary rounds and putting in a fine performance in the semi-finals at York, Neil has made it to the finals and even if he is slaughtered by the much older 11 year olds today, he will be ranked 8th in the country.

Kop Talk can exclusively reveal that there will be a VIP presentation from Liverpool Football Club and Kop Talk's Kop Guru, who will be returning to the site soon, is also in attendance. Also present with Neil is sister Donna who of course writes our 'Red Alert' feature for the site.

The finals kick-off at 1.30pm in front of Sky cameras and the event should conclude for the scheduled presentations at around 3pm.

It is the first time that Neil, a Leeds United supporter, has progressed so far and we hope that you will join us in wishing him the best of luck, as feedback from the KopTalk camp suggests he is a nervous wreck after seeing the size and the ages of the opposition.

The Kop Guru will be at the presentation, so nip down to Anfield this afternoon and you may be able to learn once and for all as to who this mystery character is. It's the biggest kept secret on Kop Talk and we won't be giving any more clues!
