A minutes silence will be held at 3.06pm at Anfield to mark the exact time that the chilling reality of the day's events forced officials to halt the semi-final clash with Nottingham Forest.

The service, which will include readings from chairman of the Hillsborough Family Support Group Trevor Hicks and vice chairman Phil Hammond as well as prayers led by Father Desmond Powell, will begin at 2.45pm.

Those wishing to pay their respects to the 96 at Anfield are asked to be in their seats for 2.30pm.
