Arsenal take semi lead

Liverpool beat Newcastle 4-2 at St James' Park in the first leg of their FA Youth Cup semi-final and the Reds are now favourites to progress through to the two legged final.

If Liverpool go through they will face the winners of the Arsenal-Man Utd semi-final. The first leg of that tie was played at Highbury last night and the Gunners won 1-0.
