Arsenal want Carson

Carson is on a season long loan with Charlton at the moment and has been impressing with his performances with the struggling club. His displays have earned the attention of Arsene Wenger who is looking for a replacement for Jens Lehmann.

Carson is unlikely to be happy with being number two at Anfield, especially after a season of regular Premiership football, and the chance to play for another of the big four could be tempting.
