Aurelio op a success

The Brazilian full-back ruptured his Achilles tendon during the 3-0 win over PSV. There were fears that Aurelio's career could be over but Rafael Benitez as confirmed the operation was a success and the defender will be back in time for pre-season training in the Summer.

"He will be fit for the pre-season. Yesterday he had an operation and it was really good. It was over quickly - the doctor carried out a new kind of operation," said the Reds boss.
