It would be fair to say that we all know who the main candidates are but Kop Talk can reveal that Gerard Houllier spoke to all the players prior to the Barcelona game and told them that their future is up for review between now and the end of season and that every player has to earn the right to wear the Liverpool shirt - a simple but important statement.
