And Ayala revealed that missing the opportunity to play at a famous venue such as Anfield has left him 'gutted'.
He said: "I am gutted not to be able to play in a stadium like Anfield.
"It is going to be a very complicated match because they (Liverpool) need a victory in order to qualify and our aim is to go there and win in order to be mathematically through."
