The German defender is back at Anfield but has been told he is no longer wanted by Liverpool.
"If I leave Liverpool, then it would only be for Die Bundesliga," he said. "Kaiserslautern would certainly be interesting.
"Jancker, Nerlinger, with Ioannis Amanatidis another very strong striker has arrived. It is apparent there is something emerging."
