Nick Barmby says he has no regrets or bad feelings about his short career at Anfield.
Naturally the knockers are saying Barmby has wasted his time at Anfield but he says that isn't the case. He also claims he never wanted to leave and only opted to join Leeds because Venables was in charge.
"I wasn't looking to get away from Liverpool," said Barmby when paraded at a press conference at Leeds earlier today.
"I don't regret going to Liverpool. I don't regard winning five trophies as a waste of my time.
"The boss and the chairman were fantastic with me and I still have a lot of friends there."
