Baros apologises...again

Baros said he had watched his tackle later on TV and was horrified.

"I watched a tape at home and I realised how bad the tackle was. I fully deserved a red. It was an horrific foul and I'm really very sorry," he said.

And Baros admitted that the hot-headed hack was the result of the importance of the Derby clash.

"The problem was it was a derby, I felt psyched up. I just closed my eyes and went for the tackle. Unfortunately I went in too hard and I'd like to apologise for that. The tackle was horrible and inexcusable."

But Baros said he was in no mood to be talking to Stubbs after the Reds won the match.

Baros said: "I heard that Stubbs was looking for me after the game, but I chose to stay in the dressing-room for an extra five minutes. I did this even though I think he maybe just wanted to talk rather than attack me over what happened."
