Rafael Benitez has had Baros and Morientes rooming together on away trips to encourage them to click together and it seems to be working.
Baros said: "Fernando is a great player and is a great signing for Liverpool. He is good in the air which is good for me as I can play around him and get the second balls. He will score goals and when you see him in training he is very good.
"We are both different. I play with Jan Koller in the Czech team which is a good partnership for me because he is strong, can keep the ball and win it in the air. That is like Morientes."
