Baros urged to Cech in with Chelsea

The popular Anfield striker has hit the headlines with five goals in just four appearances at Euro 2004 and his compatriot believes that his exuberent talents would be fully appreciated by Jose Mourinho.

Cech said: "Baros is a great player. I've played with him for the last five or six years and he is one of the world's best strikers. Everyone can see that. It will be great for me to have him at Chelsea."

While the talented goalkeeper may want a Czech mate at Chelsea, Baros is likely to follow Steven Gerrard's example in leading the Rafael Benitez era at Anfield.
