Bellamy draws a blank

Craig Bellamy was unable to score for Wales in their friendly against Brazil last night. Despite having an impressive game and creating a couple of decent chances for himself Bellamy, who did play the full 90 minutes after all, was denied by PSV Eindhoven goalkeeper Gomes.

Bellamy has now failed to score for Wales in over a year. His last international goal came in John Toshack's first game in charge, a friendly against Hungary last season.
