Benitez and Gerrard in rich list, but where are Tom and George?

Last updated : 08 October 2009 By Adam Bryant
Rafael Benitez is the ninth richest manager on £9m according to FourFourTwo. The players' list is, as expected, headed by David Beckham, but is dominated by Manchester United and Chelsea with the exception of our own Steven Gerrard at eighth on £20m.

But the financial problems surrounding the club owners Tom Hicks and George Gillett mean they miss out on the top 10 owners' list wih an approximate worth of £500m each.
