Benitez denies Real rumours

With Madrid having another poor start to a season Wanderley Luxemburgo's position as manager has come under threat and the papers have linked Benitez with the job.

Rick Parry said he wanted Benitez to stay at Liverpool for years to come as soon as the story broke and the Spanish manager says the feeling is mutual.

Benitez said: "At this moment I am very happy here. I am focused on the games we have coming up and I want to win things with my club.
 
"I don't want to waste my time talking about other possibilities. I am focused on my team, winning matches and I am happy at Liverpool."
