Benitez keeping options open

22-year-old Kirkland started the Reds' pre-season win at Wrexham last night, but Benitez insists that he will continue to review the accomplished pair throughout the build up to the new season before making such a vital decision.
Benitez said: "We have two very good goalkeepers in Dudek and Kirkland. They will both be training very hard and will both feature in our three pre-season games.
"I don't know yet who will start the season but we are fortunate to have two goalkeepers of their quality."
