The Former Sheffield United boss, commenting on the Fulham game, suggested that Benitez purposefully lost the game the previous season allowing Fulham to remain in the Premier League instead of the relegated Bades:
"Integrity, doing what is right for the game, comes way down Rafa's list of priorities. That is good news for Fulham, just as it was last year when he fielded the reserves and Fulham won and stayed up... Maybe Rafa gets a yearly hamper from Harrods for his team selections."
But Rafa is obviously unhappy with the comments, and is prepared to take legal action.
"We knew he was bad as a manager and prehistoric, but we didn't know he was a person like this," he said of Warnock. "I will speak to my lawyer. We don't need to waste time with him."
