"We worked very hard against a very good team and it's fantastic," said the Liverpool boss.
"I think we were almost perfect in the first half - with and without the ball. In the second half, we were a little tired and they played very well.
"We knew it would be difficult not to concede a goal but at the end of the game, I think it was a fair result."
