Berger hoping for Premiership move

Berger, who has been linked with moves to Bundesliga outfit Wolfsburg and Sparta Prague, is available on a free transfer after being shunned in recent months by Gerard Houllier. The former Czech Republic international , though, admits that he would be prepared to stay in England.

Berger, speaking to Czech newspaper 'Sport', said: "If I got an offer from England, then yes. But obviously I'd most like to go somewhere warm."
