Boss backs Owen to bounce back

"Michael Owen is going through a spell when he could score lots of goals with just a little more luck," said the Liverpool boss.

"Milan Baros has played such a part in the amount of chances we are making. He takes the pressure off Michael, who has had far more chances since Milan got back into the team.

"But he has also helped create space for Harry Kewell and Steven Gerrard to score goals.

"We know Michael is going through a difficult patch, but we will keep faith with him - it is no problem.

"Certainly it is something that can be solved very quickly and if Michael gets one there will be a lot more to come."
