"Kewell is a very important player for us because he can play in different positions, but it has been difficult for him because he has had muscle injuries," said Benitez.
"He has also spent a lot of time on planes because of his commitments with Australia. But now the international breaks are over and I am going to be able to spend the next two or three months working with him.
"Maybe the fans have not seen the best of him so far, but you will see the best of Harry Kewell over the next few months."
