"It is very frustrating for me because I had a fantastic performance in the game, against a very strong Manchester United team, but then picked up the problem in the very last minute," said Diao.
"Like I said before my departure to the African Nations Cup in Tunisia, I wanted to come back fit and strong and for 89 minutes that was most certainly the case.
"Now I am back to square one when all I want to do is play first-team football and impress the fans."
