Cardiff want Carson

Carson earned himself a place in the England squad with some good performances on loan at Sheff Wed during the second half of last season. The Liverpool goalkeeper could be tempted to take a full season of regular football on loan at Ninian Park to help his development.
However, any loan deal would be dependant on Liverpool having adequate cover for Pepe Reina. If Jerzy Dudek decides to stay at Anfield or David Martin is deemed ready to make the step up to the first team squad Carson should be allowed out on loan. If not, the former Leeds goalie will have to stay at Anfield.
