Carra calls for calm

After Javier Mascherano was sent off for nothing by that dickhead last week Carragher says the players must keep their passions in check in today's game against the small club from Kirkby.

"People talk about games against Everton being about passion, but they are also about keeping your head and using your brain," said the Liverpool vice-captain.

"The players on both sides want to win so much, that's only natural because it is such a big game.

"But you have to make sure you keep cool and use the ball as much as you possibly can, because otherwise you can lose your way."
