Carra praises Hargreaves

Hargreaves came in for a lot of stick before the World Cup began but he has had some good games during this tournament and was England's best player yesterday. His man of the match performance earned him the praise of Jamie Carragher.

"Owen Hargreaves was outstanding. I thought his energy levels were unbelievable. He was the best player on the pitch. He's had a lot of criticism and I was pleased for him. He's had criticism and that is probably due to the fact he doesn't play in the Premiership and people don't know too much about him," he said.
