"It was great to get through but we wanted to top the group. We did well.
"We are England and everybody expects us to play at that tempo in every game but it is not possible.
"We know there have been some poor performances but hopefully this win will give us confidence in the four games that we have got leading up to the World Cup and we can go on from here."
