Carra set for England start

Carragher has been tipped to replace Ledley King who hasn't recovered from a knee injury as England go 3-5-2 in Croatia. Carragher is likely to play on the right side of the three man defence.

Peter Crouch is again expected to partner Wayne Rooney up front while Steven Gerrard misses the game through suspension.
