He said: "I keep asking Michael to come back - I've asked him loads of times. But he's doing well at a great club and banging in the goals for them.
"I spoke to him last week and he's still buzzing after scoring against Barcelona.
"He's in the team now and if he keeps his place until the end of the season then he'll be really happy."
